Minor variations in color, pattern placement, embroidery, print alignment, or appearance may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, or screen display settings. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
Size variations of up to ±2–3% may occur due to manufacturing processes and shall be considered acceptable.
All products are subject to availability.
In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation by Company
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in situations including but not limited to:
• Pricing or listing errors
• Product stock unavailability
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Incomplete or inaccurate customer details
• Logistical or delivery constraints
• Repeated order cancellations or delivery refusals
• Suspected misuse of promotional offers
If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method after applicable deductions (if any).
5. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.
• All payment information is transmitted through secure encrypted systems
• We are not responsible for payment gateway failures, authorization declines, or technical errors beyond our control
• Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimated timelines and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
• Courier partner delays
• Weather conditions
• Regulatory or government restrictions
• Force majeure events
Risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
Shipping/Partial COD charges are non-refundable under all circumstances once the order is shipped.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges shall apply.
7. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Customers may request returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery, subject to policy conditions
• Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• Requests raised after the 3-day window may not be accepted
Returns or exchanges are only permitted in cases including:
• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product received
• Missing items in the order
No return or exchange will be entertained for reasons like -
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size, dimensions, colour, or variant selected by the customer.
- Personal dislike of colour, design, print, pattern, texture, embroidery, softness, or fabric feel.
- Product not matching personal expectations, room décor, or furniture.

Minor colour, print placement, embroidery placement, or size variations within accepted manufacturing tolerances.
Non-Returnable Product Categories
The following product categories are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or an item is missing from the order:
- Comforters
- Floor Mats
- Luxury Bedsheets
The non-returnable status of these products is clearly disclosed on the respective product pages before purchase.
In case any return/exchanges are taken in this case, it would be on basis chargeable freight cost. Charges will be based on actual return/exchange freight cost.
7A. Misuse & Abuse Protection
To maintain fair usage:
The Company reserves the right to:
• Reject return or exchange requests showing signs of misuse
• Block accounts with repeated returns
• Restrict customers with frequent delivery refusals
• Cancel suspicious or bulk orders
• Take legal action in case of fraudulent claims
